Ingredients

  • 2 kgs red carrots, finely grated
  • 2 litres milk, full cream
  • ¼ cup clarified butter/ghee
  • 500 gm khoya
  • 300 gm sugar (add more/less as per taste)
  • 250 gm cashews and almonds, diced

Instructions

  1. Take ¼ cup ghee and heat the pan.
  2. Pour milk and add grated carrots. Mix well and cook on medium heat..
  3. Add sugar and mix well. Add khoya, cashews and almond and cook and stir until milk evaporates.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot or cold.

Tips:

For rich flavour use full cream milk and red carrots.
