Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken with or without bone
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 100g grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Half cup coriander
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken (on the bone preferably) and potatoes with the ginger garlic paste, green chillies and some salt and pepper.
  2. Once they’re boiled, peel and mash the potatoes and shred the chicken.
  3. Add the coriander, and a few chillies with some pepper to make them spicy. Put the cheese in and mix everything well till it forms a mouldable batter.
  4. Use hands to mould into medium sized flat discs of consistent shape and size.
  5. Dip in bread crumbs and the beaten eggs. Deep fry till golden brown and serve them hot. Enjoy with sauce of your choice!
