Treat yourself to these delicious paneer and cheese spring rolls with this quick and easy recipe. These spring rolls are easy to prepare and taste yum.


  • spring roll dough sheets
  • 250 gm cottage cheese (paneer), shredded
  • 150 gm mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 60 gm corn kernels
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped and pressed (onion juice drained)
  • 4 red chilles, finely diced
  • 4 green chilies, finely diced
  • coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • flour and water glue for pasting
  • salt to taste
Spice Mix
  • 3tsp chaat masala
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  1. In a bowl add paneer, mozzarella cheese, corn, mashed potatoes, onion, chillies, spice mix and salt. Mix well.
  2. Fill spring roll sheet with filling, roll and seal with flour paste. The mixture should yield about 24-30 rolls.
  3. In a vessel, heat oil for frying. Once the oil is hot, fry the spring roll in batches until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup, mexican sauce or sriracha sauce.
  5. Enjoy!
