Ingredients

  • 250 gm chicken, boiled & shredded
  • 1 medium size onion, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • ½ bowl capsicum, grated
  • 1 small bowl sweet corn kernels, frozen
  • 1 tsp green chili sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tsp mixed herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 small bowl noodles, boiled
  • 1 small bowl cheese, grated
  • cheese cubes cut into halves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Place pan on medium-high heat and pour 2 tbsp oil. When the oil becomes hot put onions in it. Cook the onions for 2 to 3 mins until they become translucent.
  2. Add shredded chicken, green chillies, capsicum, sweet corn kernel, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, mixed herbs and red chilli flakes. Cook on medium flame 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add boiled noodles and mix well. Cook for two minutes on low flame. When the mixture cools done, add grated cheese in it and mix well.
  4. Now take samosa sheets and fold a sheet into a triangle. Put a spoonful of mixture in it. Add half cube of cheese. Now seal it with paste (flour and water thick slurry). Repeat for rest of the mixture. This should yield around 14 samosas.
  5. Take a deep vessel and pour oil in it and place it on high flame/temp. When it becomes hot turn the flame on medium high.
  6. Fry samosas in it till golden brown on each side.
  7. Serve with hot sauce or mint chutney.
